CHILD LABOUR: LAWS & PUNISHMENTS

Child labour is a "Termite" in the nation's growth. To eliminate this, we must first understand why it occurs. Do they (the child) want to work? Do they like it? A big "NO." That simply means they are compelled to do so. If you have opposing views, please express them in the comments section.
The government has already enacted laws prohibiting child labour, but are they enforced? This is the biggest question mark about the system. According to data, roughly 250 FIR have been filed against child labour. Is child labour limited to these estimates? This means that laws are enacted but are not effectively enforced. We, as members of the general public, must ensure that wherever we see child labour, we try to put an end to it.
